Xiaomei and the Flame Dragon’s Fist, iki kızkardeşin hikayesini konu alıyor: Flame Dragon Fist’in ustası olan Xiao Mei ve ona zıt olan Dark Dragon Slaying Fist’in ustası Xiao Ying. Xiao Mei, kızkardeşi Xiao Ying’in kaybolmasının ardından, Karanlık Ejderha’nın gücüne hayran kalarak onu kurtarmak için yola çıkıyor.

Oyunda, düşman karakterleri yenmek için yumruk, tekme ve özel hareketler kullanıyorsunuz. Her aşamanın sonunda sizi zor bir patron bekliyor.
