Taiko no Tatsujin: Rhythm Festival, müzik ritim oyunları arasında önemli bir yere sahip. Oyuncular, geleneksel Japon davulunu kullanarak, çeşitli müzikler eşliğinde ritimleri takip ediyorlar. Taiko Modu, Büyük Davul Oyuncak Savaşı ve Koş! Ninja Dojo gibi çeşitli oyun modları sunarak çeşitli oyun deneyimleri sağlıyor.
